Young Christian Workers offer volunteering and work experience opportunities.
Volunteering opportunities
Are you:
- a Young Christian Workers' member, former member or someone with a bit of spare time on your hands?
- interested in giving a bit back to the Movement or in doing something worthwhile for the good of others?
Do you have skills that could be put to good use within the Young Christian Workers' Movement?
- are you an accountant?
- a graphic designer?
- a printer?
- an electrician?
- a solicitor?
- a plumber?
- a writer?
- a photographer?
- an artist?
- are you good with people?
- do you have specific language skills that could be put to good use?
If so we could really do with your help! If this sounds like you then why not volunteer to assist in the development of the Movement or by assisting at the National Office.

Work Experience opportunities
Young Christian Workers offers work experience opportunities to Transition year students or those on training courses seeking work experience prior to entering the workforce.
If you are interested in discovering what goes on behind the scenes of a youth movement, are motivated by social justice issues and are interested in experiencing working in a friendly office environment, then contact us today.
Please note that all students applying for placements must have the consent of their school / training centre and must be covered under their insurance. Applicants must submit an application in writing to Vicky Rattigan, YCW National Co-ordinator, email vicky@ycw.ie.
